Terms of Service
StartupForce provides business-growth workflows, AI-assisted deliverables, website systems, marketing assets, and related subscription services.

Use of StartupForce
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, reviewing generated outputs, and approving deliverables before public use.
Subscriptions and credits
Plans, Outcome Credits, marketplace purchases, and speed upgrades are billed through Stripe where available. Access may depend on active plan, credits, and entitlement rules. Refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes are handled through the account or Stripe customer portal when available.
Generated outputs
Generated websites, campaigns, reports, and assets are business deliverables that require customer review for accuracy, legal compliance, claims, and brand fit.
Acceptable use
Do not use StartupForce for illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or harmful activity. Public free pages remain subject to moderation and abuse reporting.
Availability, warranties, and liability
StartupForce is provided as a business software service and may change as the product improves. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and StartupForce is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination and contact
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms. For terms questions, contact support@startupforce.ai.
